For the client who does not have the time or energy to plan their event and need an experienced planner, designer and coordinator to lead them through the entire process.

  • - Package begins at time of booking
    - Access to exclusive Hoola Events planning, coordinating and design tools
    - Custom venue and vendor recommendations
    - Planner pulls venue and vendor proposals
    - Planner is liaison between client and vendors throughout entire process
    - Planner sends final details to all vendors
    - Planner runs day-of event

PARTIAL PLANNING, COORDINATION & DESIGN

For the client who has the time and energy to plan their event, but needs an experienced planner, coordinator and designer to guide them through the entire process.

  • - Package begins at time of booking

    - Client pulls venue and vendor proposals

FULL COORDINATION

For the client who has the time, energy and experience to fully plan and design their event, but need a professional coordinator to step in 3 months prior to fully coordinate.

  • - Package begins 3 months prior to event
    - Access to exclusive Hoola Events planning, coordinating and design tools (client to gain access at time of booking)
    - Client plans and designs entire event
    - All vendors booked by client no later than 3 months out
    - Coordinator becomes liaison between client and vendors 3 months out
    - Coordinator sends final details to all vendors
    - Coordinator runs day-of event

PARTIAL COORDINATION

For the client who not only has the time and energy to fully plan and design their event, but has the experience to partially coordinate their event as well. They need a professional coordinator to step in 6 weeks prior to guide them through the final coordinating period.

  • - Package begins 6 weeks prior to event
    - Access to exclusive Hoola Events planning, coordinating and design tools (client to gain access at time of booking)
    - Client plans and designs entire event
    - All vendors booked by client no later than 3 months out
    - Client is liaison between coordinator and vendors
    - Coordinator sends final details to all vendors
    - Coordinator runs day-of event

STEP 2

After our call we send over our more details to look over including our contract.

STEP 3

We begin our client onboarding process which varies by the package selected.
